The FunZone Rewards Program (the “Program”) is a customer recognition program offered by Pizza Ranch, Inc., an Iowa corporation (“Pizza Ranch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at Participating Locations (defined below) that offers Rewards (as defined below) and Offers (as defined below) based on Points (as defined below) earned for FunZone spend, exclusive of any food or beverage spend and subject to certain exclusions described below. The Program is offered, and the benefits may be redeemed, only at participating U.S. Pizza Ranch locations where the FunZone Card (as defined below) is registered (“Participating Locations”). By becoming a Program member (“Member”) or otherwise participating in the Program or redeeming the benefits of the Program (together with Member, “you” or “your”), a Member is eligible to earn Points based on Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) made at Participating Locations, which are redeemable by the Member for Rewards and Offers at Participating Locations. The Points, Rewards and Offers and other aspects of the Program cannot be earned or redeemed and are not applicable at any other Pizza Ranch locations (other than the Participating Location where the FunZone Card is registered) or in conjunction with any other rewards programs that may be offered.

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) and the Privacy Policy (defined below) govern membership in the Program and Program usage and benefits. These Terms & Conditions are applicable only to the Program and not to any other rewards program that may be offered. Enrollment, membership, and all related benefits of the Program, including all administration related thereto, are offered to you by Pizza Ranch at Pizza Ranch’s sole discretion. By enrolling or otherwise participating in the Program or redeeming the benefits of the Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian agrees on your behalf) to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and such membership or use shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time by Pizza Ranch in its sole discretion, without any obligation of prior notice. The Program is subject to change or cancellation at any time by Pizza Ranch in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and any Points, Rewards or Offers upon cancellation of this Program for any reason are immediately forfeited without compensation.


There is a limit of one membership per person and duplicate accounts (including under multiple email addresses) may be deleted or terminated by Pizza Ranch. Program membership is open to United States residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of joining the Program. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Membership and Points, Rewards and Offers are personal and non-transferable.


To enroll and receive the full benefits of the Program, you must obtain a FunZone Player Card (“FunZone Card”) and register that FunZone Card with Pizza Ranch as provided below (i.e., have a “Registered FunZone Card”). FunZone Cards can be obtained at a Participating Location or purchased on the FunZone website located at Limit of five (5) FunZone cards per Rewards account, per Participating Location. You must remove a FunZone Card before you can add another if you have reached the limit of five (5) FunZone Cards. Please Note: You must register your FunZone Card number on the FunZone website in order to fully enroll and become a Member and for full Program benefits to apply. Membership begins upon activation of your account, which in most cases will be immediately following our receipt of your fully completed registration form via email confirmation, which includes your FunZone number. You may only enroll in the Program for yourself and may only participate in the Program using your own account.

You agree to provide true and accurate information and to ensure that information provided by you is up-to-date and accurate. Communications with you will be made using contact information most recently provided by you. Pizza Ranch is not responsible for your inability to receive or redeem Points, or Rewards or Offers or any other loss arising from your failure to provide and maintain accurate contact information.

Pizza Ranch and Participating Locations may send you messages from time to time using the contact information provided by you. Such messages may include system updates, bulletins, marketing communications or event notifications, Program confirmations, administrative announcements, special requests and the like. Standard text and data rates apply.


Your Rewards email address or registered FunZone Cards are proof of membership in the Program and must be presented to team member or used at kiosk to earn Points on Qualifying Purchases. Qualifying purchases can be used for reloads of registered FunZone Cards.

If a registered FunZone Card is lost or stolen, it is the Member’s responsibility to notify us immediately by contacting the support team found at the FunZone website. Pizza Ranch is not responsible for any Points, Rewards or Offers or FunZone Cards stolen or lost. Replacement cards can be issued at the redemption counter at Participating Locations.


A Member will receive one (1) point (“Points”) for each dollar of Qualifying Purchases made at Participating Locations. “Qualifying Purchases” mean a Member’s spend on the purchase of any FunZone play credits at Participating Locations, exclusive of any Non-Qualifying Purchases (as defined below), gift cards and gift certificates, any taxes and gratuities, delivery charges, purchases or transactions made using Points, Rewards, gift cards or gift certificates or other promotional items and purchases or transactions made as a “guest” without use of the FunZone Card and net of any returns or refunds if applicable. “Non-Qualifying Purchases” including the following, subject to each Participating Location’s specific policies:

Except as provided in these Terms & Conditions, Points do not expire.


The Program rewards (“Rewards”) and Program offers (“Offers”) earned and offered to a Member through the Program are based on the number of Points that the Member has earned through participation in the Program and the Member’s Rewards tier. Pizza Ranch is under no obligation to provide you with any particular number of Point-earning opportunities or special offers or otherwise notify you of the foregoing. All Rewards and Offers are subject to change.

All Points, Rewards and Offers are non-transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law), are not redeemable for cash, gift certificates or gift cards, are purely promotional, and do not constitute property of any person and cannot be sold, returned or exchanged. Pizza Ranch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Points, Rewards or Offers or FunZone Cards. Pizza Ranch reserves the right to limit the redemption of specific Rewards and Offers and limit the number of Points, Rewards, and Offers available.


Upon registering a Member’s account with Pizza Ranch, the Member will receive a one-time welcome Offer for their first FunZone Card added to the account. Limit one (1) welcome Offer per account (i.e., the welcome Offer is only available for the first FunZone Card added to an account) or Member, regardless of number FunZone Cards or number of Participating Locations added to the account.


Points can be claimed for Rewards tiers established by Pizza Ranch. Rewards tiers are subject to change by Pizza Ranch in its sole discretion. Once the highest available Reward is achieved based on the number of Points earned, it will automatically be claimed and applied to the primary FunZone card registered to the account. You may continue to “level up” for higher Reward tiers as you earn more Points; however, the maximum number of Points is five hundred (500) and your Points balance is reset to zero (0) once the maximum is reached. When you qualify for a Reward, you will be notified via email. You can check the status of your Rewards at any time in the Loyalty balance page found on the FunZone website.


Pizza Ranch may provide Offers (including coupons, special offers and incentives) to a Member as part of the Program. We reserve the right to place expirations and other restrictions on such Offers and such Offers will be subject to any additional terms set forth with that Offer.


You may cancel your membership in the Program at any time by visiting the support page on the FunZone website. Should you object to any of these Terms & Conditions, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with the Program, your sole remedy is to discontinue participation in the Program and properly cancel your account in the manner provided above.

We may terminate your membership in the Program, including any associated accounts, without notice, for any reason, in our sole discretion, including without limitation, inactivity on the Member account for more than twelve (12) months or our belief that continued use of such membership would violate any provisions of these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or otherwise be harmful to our interests.

Upon cancellation or termination of your membership in the Program for any reason, any Points, Rewards or Offers are immediately forfeited without compensation.


Pizza Ranch reserves the right to change, modify or terminate the Program, or any or all benefits under the Program or any policy pertaining to the Program, at any time, for any reason, including our right to discontinue or change the Points, Rewards or Offers or change the expiration date or redemption value of the foregoing, merge the Program with another program, or to adjust how Points, Rewards or Offers are received, calculated or re-deemed. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on the FunZone website.

We may terminate this Program partially or in its entirety, including any or all of the benefits available hereunder, at any time, in or sole discretion, without notice. Upon termination of this Program for any reason, any Points, Rewards or Offers are immediately forfeited without compensation.


By enrolling in the Program, and/or by participating in the Program, you are expressly agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time. You agree not to misuse Program privileges by engaging in conduct that is detrimental to us, including without limitation: having multiple accounts; making purchases on the behalf of other members; participating in purchasing or redemption fraud; and/or using any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to transact with, monitor or alter the Program.

You agree to comply at all times with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to you. You hereby acknowledge that you may only participate in the Program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and that your application for enrollment is subject to our acceptance. We may refuse at any time to enroll you, or may restrict, modify, or terminate your participation in the Program without liability to you.

You agree to remain courteous and respectful toward employees, contractors, and agents of Pizza Ranch and its affiliates, franchised operators, partners and their respective customers. You agree not to harass, abuse, stalk, intimidate, threaten or engage in any conduct that harms, harasses or offends any employees, contractors or agents of Pizza Ranch and its affiliates, franchised operators or partners.

You agree to provide only accurate and true information to us at all times. You agree to comply with all of these Terms & Conditions and with the terms of any affiliated and/or related programs, offers and programs at all times. If you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in any fraud or abuse in use of the Program, Pizza Ranch may terminate your membership, bar you from future participation in the Program, and cancel any unredeemed Points, Rewards and Offers without compensation.


Information submitted in connection with enrolling in the Program and participation in the Program will be treated in accordance with Pizza Ranch’s current Privacy Policy, located at (the “Privacy Policy”).

Dispute Resolution

Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program or any Points, Rewards and Offers shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively venued in the state courts of Sioux County, Iowa or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees, and no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, “Special Damages”). You hereby waive all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. Under no circumstances shall Pizza Ranch’s aggregate liability to you in connection with this Program exceed One Dollar ($1.00).

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of laws provisions or principles.
